Process

1. Consultation & Selection

We’ll discuss your vision and guide you through our selection of pre-designed sauna models. You’ll choose options such as size, siding, and other finishing details. If you’re interested in a custom design, we offer tailored options to fit your unique style and space. In most cases, our certified installation team can conduct a site evaluation to ensure your sauna will fit seamlessly into your location.

2.  Proposal & Approval

 Once your selections are finalized, we’ll present a detailed project proposal outlining estimated costs, timelines, and the overall process. Upon approval, a 50% deposit is required to begin ordering materials and scheduling the production and assembly phases.

3. Production & Site Prep 

After receiving your order, your sauna enters our production queue. We’ll keep you updated on key milestones and provide timeline updates as needed. While the sauna is in production, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange site preparation, including hiring an electrician to install the necessary power supply and ensuring a proper foundation or footing pads are in place. Our team is available to provide guidance to ensure all site requirements are met.

4. Delivery & Installation 

Once fabrication is complete, we’ll transport the sauna to your location. For on-site assembly, our team carefully installs and assembles all components. If you’ve selected a pre-fabricated sauna, it will be delivered fully built and placed at your site either directly from a trailer or, in some cases, with a crane. After installation, we conduct thorough testing and fine-tune settings to ensure everything is functioning safely and optimally.

5. Final Walkthrough & Handover

We’ll provide a detailed walkthrough of your new sauna, explaining its features, proper maintenance, and best usage practices. Afterward, we’ll officially hand over the sauna and remain available for any questions or support you may need.

6. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

To keep your sauna in top condition, we provide maintenance recommendations and expert guidance for long-term care. Our team is available for any future support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, or potential upgrades to enhance your sauna experience.
